This relocation marks an exciting milestone for our North Bay operations, bringing our multidisciplinary team together on a single floor to better serve clients and enhance collaboration.

Carlenzoli Associates, established in 1985, has operated in Santa Rosa since 1986. BKF acquired the firm in 2009 and has continued to grow with the North Bay community since opening its Santa Rosa office that year. Our new space reflects this growth, providing expanded capacity and modern amenities while keeping us in the heart of downtown. The move was highlighted in a recent North Bay Business Journal article, which shared how our new office offers a brighter, more open space that brings our team together on a single floor with convenient downtown access.

The new office offers convenient accessibility not only to downtown’s restaurants and shops, but also to local government agencies, city offices, and public transit options. This convenient location makes it easier for our teams to attend client meetings, coordinate with agency partners, and remain engaged with the community we serve.

Over the years, our Santa Rosa team has delivered award-winning projects that have made a meaningful impact across the region. This team has been recognized for several national project awards such as Our team has also been recognized for contributing to the design of local North Bay Area projects such as the Catholic Charities Caritas Center, the Cardinal Newman Student Life Center, and the Roseland Village Affordable Housing projects and regional transportation projects such as segments and station design for the SMART train.
