BKF’s Water Resources team continues to grow with the addition of Wilson Zhu, who joins us as a Project Manager. Since starting his career in the industry in 2015, Wilson has built a strong reputation for his leadership and technical expertise in planning, designing, and constructing public works projects throughout Northern California.

He brings a wealth of experience in managing all phases of project development—from initial planning through the construction phase—and has played key roles in critical infrastructure efforts, including flood control, water, and wastewater facility improvements. His background includes preparing and overseeing the development of plans, specifications, and estimates for complex, multi-disciplinary projects, managing sub-consultant contracts, and supporting multiple public agencies in a staff augmentation role.

Wilson is also known for his collaborative approach, mentoring junior staff, fostering relationships, and working closely with state and local agencies to deliver successful outcomes.
