
BKF Engineers, a leading provider of civil engineering design services, is proud to announce that it has been awarded the contract by the City of San Clemente (City) to provide engineering design and plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) document development services for the Poche Beach Water Reclamation Diversion Design Project in San Clemente, California.
The goal of the Poche Beach Water Reclamation Diversion Design project is to reduce bacterial pollutants through innovative dry-weather diversion design. This project supports the City’s ongoing commitment to improving water quality for residents of San Clemente and surrounding communities.
BKF Engineers and the Project Team will be responsible for:
- Developing preliminary design alternatives
- Developing 60%-level Design Plans
- Preparing final Plans, Specifications, & Estimates (PS&E)
- Providing bid and construction support services
The Poche Beach Water Reclamation Diversion Design Project is a vital component of the City’s broader initiative to improve water quality in the community. The project aligns with regional water quality goals and will ultimately increase the quality and enjoyment of the City’s beaches.
