The Hayward Area Recreation and Park District has selected BKF Engineers (BKF) to provide professional consulting services for Stormwater Management on-call projects. BKF’s team of experienced QSD and QSP inspectors will meet the District’s expectation for clear identification of deficiencies, clear corrective actions for compliance, timely report distributions, and an overall expert knowledge of the requirements for Construction General Permit (CGP) compliance. The Hayward Area Recreation and Park District, 80 years old, is located in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay, approximately midway between Oakland and San Jose. The District’s boundaries encompass a 100‐square mile area, which includes the City of Hayward, and the unincorporated communities of Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, Ashland, Cherryland and Fairview. The District serves a diverse population of approximately 300,000 residents.
