BKF provides project and construction management services, working closely with our clients to meet their needs for quality managerial oversight of preconstruction; proactively identifying potential roadblocks and creating a roadmap to successfully navigate. During and post construction services can include bidding, scheduling, and payment management.

Additionally, BKF staff serves as field engineers, contracted inspectors, and contract administrators. Our efforts include reviewing submittals, requests for information, payment, and site observations, punch lists and similar activities. BKF staff use engineering fundamentals, project management procedures, and planning to construct projects that fully address clients’ goals, efficiently and economically.
