The Residences Shoreline Gateway development has reached its structural peak at 1001 North Shoreline Boulevard in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The project consists of a 203-unit, 7 story apartment building. BKF provided Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) services, and assisted the contractor with compliance under the State of California Water Resources Control Board’s Construction General Permit requirements, including weekly site inspections, daily rain event monitoring, sampling and analysis, preparation of Rain Event Action Plans, compilation of annual reports, and submission of the Notice of Termination upon project stabilization.
