As part of our ongoing commitment to serving clients and communities throughout the Western United States, BKF is pleased to announce that Jeannie Wiley has joined our team as Regional Lead – Transportation in the Central Valley Region.
Jeannie brings over 30 years of multidisciplinary expertise in transportation program and project delivery, developed during her tenure at Caltrans and as a civil engineer and head of marketing in the private sector. Her leadership has spanned both statewide and district-level initiatives—including service as Capital Program Delivery Branch Chief, where she oversaw the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), State Highway Operation and Protection Program (SHOPP), and Minor Programs, and as Clean California Beautification Program Manager where she successfully delivered a $350 million portfolio of 160 projects under tight budget and schedule constraints.
A licensed Professional Engineer and graduate of California State University, Fresno, Jeannie is known for her forward-thinking, results-oriented leadership and her ability to manage complex programs from planning through construction. Her collaborative style, combined with her commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and fiscal stewardship, makes her an asset for BKF’s clients and partners
Throughout her career, Jeannie has established strong relationships with local agencies and stakeholders, consistently delivering transportation projects on time and within budget. Her deep knowledge of public agency processes and her focus on creating win-win outcomes will enhance BKF’s ability to support clients throughout the region.
