His journey into civil engineering started with a college catalog and a leap of faith. As the first engineer in his family, Dan carved out his path with hard work and determination. Great mentors and hands-on experience at BKF helped him develop a passion for solving complex challenges and driving impactful projects.

Dan thrives on structure and routine, believing that a well-organized day leads to greater productivity and balance. He starts each morning with exercise, setting the tone before diving into work. Throughout the day, he focuses on high-priority tasks that positively impact employees and clients. He also dedicates time to personal well-being, prioritizing moments with family and close friends, enjoying the company of four-legged companions, and carving out space to read and unwind.
