As BKF’s Senior Advisor – Transportation, Liz brings more than 35 years of leadership in transportation infrastructure, with a career shaped by some of the Bay Area’s most complex rail, transit, bridge, highway, and aviation programs. Her perspective is informed by firsthand public-sector experience, having served at the Transbay Joint Powers Authority, Caltrans, and Caltrain, where she managed more than $7B in capital programs and worked directly within the environments our clients navigate every day.
Her client-first understanding is complemented by an extensive private consulting background. Liz has held executive, technical, and operational leadership roles, overseeing multi-office teams of up to 60 professionals and professional services portfolios exceeding $500M. Across these roles, she has led complex programs, strengthened delivery performance, and guided teams through highly coordinated, multi-stakeholder project environments.
