Having grown up in the industry with her mother being a business developer, her father a construction superintendent, and her brother a civil engineer, it is no wonder she ended up leading the marketing and business development team for all of BKF’s offices. Back in high school, Devon became passionate about making connections and started building her network, while helping her mom with registration at professional organization events.

Since joining the firm in 2003, her strategic leadership has played an integral part in the company’s growth, establishing a business development department to implement strategic planning goals, as well as continuing on-going efforts to ensure that BKF is positioned as one of the leading civil engineering firms in California.

Over the years, Devon has had a great deal of experience developing and nurturing client relationships. Her talent lies in marketing BKF’s services to a network of contacts and understanding industry trends. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s marketing pursuits, and ensuring all efforts communicate the firm brand. In addition, she is very active in the community and serves on many professional organization boards.

Devon’s passions run deep; she is constantly striving to achieve a perfect work/life balance. She’s a devoted wife, mother, amateur grain-free chef and seamstress. She’s loved 60s mod culture since high school, makes much of her own clothing, and owns a lot of 60s musical equipment, including a Vox organ.
