BKF is pleased to announce that Lisa Cope has joined the firm as Vice President of Key Client Program. Lisa’s addition marks an important step in advancing BKF’s strategic focus on scaling a unified, client‑centric Key Client Program to support long‑term growth and deepen relationships with the firm’s most important clients.
Lisa brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience building and leading large, complex key client and sector programs at a global level. Most recently, she led a global Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) Center of Excellence, where she designed and implemented scalable, data‑driven programs aligned with client and business goals. Her career includes executive‑level roles connecting multidisciplinary teams across regions, aligning sales and marketing organizations, and strengthening trusted partnerships with key clients across energy, power, and infrastructure markets.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time on her ranch, where she can often be found gardening, golfing, and taking in the local rodeo scene near her home in Oakdale, California.
As Vice President of Key Client Program, Lisa will partner closely with BKF’s technical, operational, and client development leaders to evolve a best‑in‑class approach to strategic clients, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to clarity, collaboration, and long‑term client success.
