Join us in welcoming Adam Brown as Regional Lead – Water Resources!

💧 When it comes to water resources, Adam Brown doesn’t just talk infrastructure—he designs it.

We’re excited to welcome Adam Brown as BKF’s new Regional Lead – Water Resources! With 17+ years of civil engineering experience, Adam brings a deep well of knowledge (pun intended) to our team. His extensive background spans both public and private sectors, with a strong focus on water and wastewater infrastructure, pipeline design, and capital improvement projects.

Adam’s impressive track record includes leading over 25 pipeline projects, working with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to strategic initiatives and technical standards. His hands-on experience with trenchless pipeline installation, utility coordination, and construction-phase services ensures he can deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Adam’s commitment to understanding regional goals and providing real design solutions that positively impact our communities makes him a valuable asset to our clients and team. Paired with his big-picture thinking, Adam’s passion for employee development and meaningful client engagement ensures long-term value and measurable results.

"Designing water solutions isn’t just technical work—it’s a commitment to shaping a sustainable future," says Adam. "I’m passionate about creating resilient, forward-thinking infrastructure that balances innovation with the needs of our communities, environment, and generations yet to come.”

We couldn’t agree more.

His impact goes beyond design and engineering. Adam’s multi-year tenure on the Board of the Northern California Pipe Users Group (NorCal PUG) supports regional collaboration and innovation. His focus on education and partnership with owners, contractors, vendors, and engineers helps address trends, challenges, and evolving regional needs.

Adam’s passion for mentorship, client engagement, and community-centered design makes him a perfect fit for BKF’s mission and culture. We’re looking forward to the ripple effect of his leadership across our water resources projects.

Welcome aboard, Adam!💧
