Sheila Amparo began her civil engineering career with BKF in 2014 in our Newport Beach office, where she now works on projects covering a variety of market sectors, including bridges, streetscapes, roadway and other civic projects.

Early on in her high school career, Sheila knew that she wanted to pursue a profession which involved giving back to her community through building infrastructure. She says that the incredible staff at BKF make all the difference in why she enjoys her job so much. Two things Sheila can’t live without are God and her family; which both keep her going every day. Depending on the weather, she loves to hang out with her family by the pool while watching a movie. This year in particular, she is most thankful for her continued good health, and that of her husband and children.
