Marley Mueller Women of BKF Grants and Funding Professional

Marley was born in Germany into a family of German Engineers and at some point in the late 80s when the oil business was booming, her dad landed a civil engineering job with Saudi Aramco and they headed to the Middle East. Fast-forward 10 years and she found herself at UC Davis, followed by law school and working in grants. Marley believes that by leveraging her expertise in grant writing, she can play a crucial role in creating sustainable and inclusive spaces that benefit individuals and neighborhoods alike.

Marley says that the best part of BKF is her amazing team, who greatly appreciate a collaborative environment as well as recognize the power of teamwork in achieving common goals.

Beyond professional endeavors, Marley has a zest for an active lifestyle. Living just an hour away from Lake Tahoe, she makes the most of her free time by indulging in a variety of outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, swimming in the lake, or even taking a dip in the Yuba River. A favorite day would include skiing in the morning (the snow levels have been epic this year) and running in the afternoon. Marley’s good health is what she is most grateful for, followed by her family and friends as a close second.
