Lisa Paw, a native to the Bay Area, works as an engineering manager in our Redwood City office. Her background includes grading/drainage design, utility plans, and storm water treatment and management.

She loves that engineering, specifically site development, involves collaboration between City planners, architects, contractors, and other design consultants. Each of these disciplines coming together with diverse perspectives to accomplish a common goal of contributing to a City’s infrastructure and culture is a big reason why she enjoys her job. She is thankful for the mentors throughout her career thus far, who have been an invaluable resource of support, guidance, and perspective, as well as her husband, who continually roots for her as a woman leader in engineering. A self-proclaimed ice cream lover, Lisa is always cooking or baking a new recipe; most recently she’s been trying to perfect Chinese Bao.
