Grant: Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability & Equity (RAISE) Grant Program

Funding Amount: Total of $1.5 billion is available for the FY 2023 RAISE grant program. Minimum RAISE grant award is $5 million, with the exception for projects located in rural areas which have a minimum award size of $1 million. Grants may not be greater than $25 million.

Eligibility: States; Any territory of possession of the United States; Unit of local government; Public agency or publicly chartered authority established by 1 or more States; Special purpose district or public authority with a transportation function, including a port authority; Federally recognized Indian Tribe or a consortium of such Indian Tribes; Transit agency; Multi-state or multijurisdictional group of entities
