Zeiss Innovation Center includes the design of a new office and R&D development site in Dublin, replacing an existing office in the East Bay. Phase 1 of the project included full design of the 166,000 sq. ft. office building and 620 parking stalls on the 11.36-acre site. BKF’s scope of work included creation of conceptual and schematic grading, utility plan and storm water quality plans, entitlement process assistance, design development plans and construction documents. Off-site improvements plans were also prepared with new public right-of-way elements such as new curbs, gutters, and driveways; water, sanitary sewer and storm drain connections; SWPPP preparation, and pavement rehabilitation.
