Built to house the Disney family legacy and document Walt Disney’s personal history in animation, the project involves the renovation of three historic Presidio buildings along with improvements to the surrounding 2.5‑acre site. The scope of work includes seismic upgrades and the installation of storm water filtration and detention systems, as well as construction of a 6,000‑square‑foot permeable paved parking lot. All site and building improvements were designed in accordance with the Presidio’s Guidelines for Sustainable Building Design.
