The 100-acre VMware Campus redevelopment and expansion, included a 100,000 sq. ft. building comprised of 90,000 square feet of office space and a 10,000 sq. ft. athletic facility. BKF provided civil support throughout all design phases of the project including due diligence, entitlements, survey, design, and construction administration.
