Overview

The 100‑acre VMware Campus redevelopment and expansion included a new 100,000‑square‑foot building featuring 90,000 square feet of office space and a 10,000‑square‑foot athletic facility. BKF provided civil engineering support throughout all phases of the project, including due diligence, entitlements, surveying, design, and construction administration.

As part of the work, BKF assisted with entitlements and the development of SD, DD, and CD packages, performed utility surveys and an inventory of more than 1,400 trees, and coordinated closely with city planning and engineering staff. The project also included off‑site sidewalk and pathway improvements, site sustainability and C.3 stormwater design, and QSD/QSP services for the phased Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
