BKF provided civil engineering support for Villas on the Park, a transformative permanent supportive housing community developed by Affirmed Housing in partnership with PATH Ventures to address homelessness in San Jose. Located near St. James Park, the six‑story development offers 84 studio apartments on a 0.35‑acre site, along with 10,000 square feet of programmable space dedicated to resident services and community amenities. The state‑of‑the‑art facility includes on‑site health services, educational and recreational programming, new landscaping, and a rooftop vegetable garden designed to promote wellness and community building.
