BKF provided civil engineering design services for site improvements, including grading design and utility improvements for the $35M project. The three-story, 42,000 GSF building houses the Digital Arts program as well as supporting the theater, music, and visual arts department. The project has many sustainable features, including sun shading and glazing, water-reduction strategies, and innovative roofing. Incorporated into the natural landscape, a bridge connects the building entry to the campus.
