BKF provided comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services for the Glen Mor 2 Student Apartments at UC Riverside, a 334,000‑square‑foot student housing development located at the corner of Big Springs Road and Valencia Hill Drive. As part of the project team, BKF coordinated closely with subconsultants and campus agencies to support the construction of this new residential village.
Our services included construction staking, an existing conditions survey, GPS control to establish accurate site coordinates, and as‑built surveys for foundation bolts. The project team pursued LEED Gold certification, contributing to the university’s commitment to sustainable campus development while delivering modern, high‑density student housing.
