This project will renovate the core two-story building to make it seismically safe, and repurpose it for a Graduate Student Center, classrooms, and a 250-seat lecture hall. Site designs include a bicycle parking lot, an updated area drain system, and underground steam, chilled water, hot water, and potable water utilities in a common underground trench.
