UC Berkeley Bowles Hall Renovation

UC Berkeley’s Bowles Hall Renovation included remodeled rooms, a library, a new kitchen, and other necessary building modifications. BKF provided land surveying services for the project, prepared a civil site utility plan that included new gas services, the removal of existing steam service piping, the installation and complete replacement of the domestic and fire water services, the installation of a new sewer lateral, and identification of limits of required replacement stormwater drainage piping. BKF also prepared plans for the renovation and re-grading of the courtyard and barbeque area and modifying the site drainage as a result of new parking areas on the site.
