The Grad in San Jose, is a 19-story off-campus mixed-use building, providing 260 student housing units. The first three levels of the building offer student amenities and building services including shared study rooms, community spaces, and bike storage. The top 17 floors are comprised of student apartments. BKF provided QSD/QSP (SWPPP) services on the project.
