Sunrise Pointe Apartments

Sunrise Pointe Apartments at 7424 Sunrise Boulevard in Citrus Heights is its first affordable housing development in the past 20 years. This 47-unit complex is unique by offering various supporting services including afterschool learning, case management for both children and adults, and mental health services. Many of the residents are accepted from extremely low-income and low-income households. Additionally, 22 units in the complex are designated for the No Place Like Home program serving unhoused residents and those with mental health needs.

The property offers physical amenities including a community room and kitchen, outdoor BBQ and picnic areas, outdoor tables and playground, a laundry building, as well as live-in onsite management. The complex and its site design reflect the holistic needs of the resident neighbors and families.

Our consultant team collaborated with Jamboree Housing Corporation, non-profit Hope Cooperative, and Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, to create this complex that supports unhoused families in the area. Additional funding assistance was provided by the No Place Like Home Program.
