The proposed program for the Pier 70 Waterfront Site includes roughly 4.2 million square feet of development including 1,100 to 2,200 residential units, commercial office spaces, a range of place making/cultural/maker spaces, reuse of three key historic structures and a network of waterfront open spaces (including nine acres of waterfront parks, playgrounds, and opportunities for recreation). BKF developed the site’s Stormwater Management Master Plan; which included a comprehensive infiltration study, buried obstruction mapping, and a conceptual site layout.
