Using Nathan Oliveira’s art as a vehicle for personal renewal, the center’s main goal was to provide a break from the intensity of day-to-day life with the intention for quite reflection throughout the day. The thick rammed-earth walls, made from soil excavated directly from the site, help moderate heat and sound.
