Located in Palo Alto, the Stanford Research Park 3380 Coyote Hill project is a 2-story office building that provides roughly 83,000 sq. ft. of space for technology, R&D, biotech, and life sciences tenants. The site also has an additional 44,000 sq. ft. of below-grade parking. BKF provided civil engineering design and land surveying services for the project, including preparation of construction documents and construction support.
