BKF partnered with Stanford to deliver a new multi‑specialty center designed to meet the healthcare needs of the surrounding community. The project involved the transformation of four existing structures into a unified 360,000‑square‑foot comprehensive medical campus. Enhancements included improved ADA accessibility, reconstructed sewer infrastructure, new parking areas with an underground stormwater‑detention system, and a renovated parking lot incorporating modern stormwater‑treatment facilities. Internal drop‑off areas and circulation routes were redesigned to support traffic calming, safety, and an enhanced patient and visitor experience.
BKF’s services encompassed entitlement support, site planning, demolition oversight, construction‑document preparation, and agency coordination, thus ensuring that all site improvements aligned with operational, regulatory, and aesthetic goals for the campus.
