BKF collaborated with Stanford to create a multi-specialty center to meet the needs of the local community. The project consisted of the renovation of four existing buildings to create one, 360,000 sq. ft. comprehensive center. Amenities include a renovated parking lot and internal drop-off and circulation improvements for traffic calming, safety, and beautification. BKF’s services included entitlement support, site planning, demolition, construction drawings, and agency coordination.
