The Southline transit-oriented development envisions to transform an industrial stretch of land near the San Bruno BART and Caltrain stations into Class A office and/or life science campus. BKF provided the full civil engineering design services for off-site public infrastructure including new public roadway for Southline Avenue, at-grade rail modification, new public utility infrastructure, and sewer main replacement. BKF also conducted survey mapping, full civil entitlement support for an EIR, specific plan, precise plan, and tentative map.
