BKF provided comprehensive surveying services in support of the Saddleback College First Building project at the Advanced Technology & Education Park (ATEP), on behalf of the South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD). The scope of work included a comprehensive topographic survey of the project area, field staking of proposed building locations, and delivery of detailed survey documentation to support upcoming construction activities.
As part of this contract, BKF delivered signed and stamped topographic survey maps in both hard copy and AutoCAD format. Services also included aerial topographic survey work and monumentation verification to support site control. Prior to construction, BKF performed precise field staking of building corners and relevant features per the construction plans. All work was performed in accordance with project-specific deliverables outlined in the District’s agreement and consultant attachments.
