BKF was the lead civil for preliminary and final grading plans for this proposed recreational park facility. This sports park includes 28 soccer fields and is also used for equestrian events with full equestrian facilities including arena, hay barn, and a vendor village with picnic areas, all-weather sand surface areas, a multi-purpose climate-controlled barn and event building, temporary barns, camping and recreational vehicle hook-ups, reception hall, facility offices, site lighting, and various storage and maintenance structures.
