BKF provided civil engineering services for the development of Sean Diamond Park, a dynamic five‑acre community space named in honor of U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Sean Diamond. The park features Dublin’s first 90‑foot zip line, along with flower‑lined walkways, a children’s playground, courts for tennis and grass volleyball, and a welcoming central gathering area designed for families and pets to enjoy together.
To support the park’s construction, BKF delivered comprehensive site and utility design, stormwater control and treatment solutions, ADA‑accessible improvements, topographic surveying, and detailed utilities research. BKF also incorporated a trash‑capture component to enhance environmental protection and long‑term site performance. These services helped the City realize a vibrant, inclusive park that reflects the community’s vision for a safer, more enjoyable public space.
