BKF Engineers was pleased to support the Metropolitan Planning Group (M-Group) as they developed policy to support the City of Sausalito’s vision with the 2040 General Plan update. The General Plan update includes two additional elements (1. The Waterfront and Marinship Element and 2. The Sustainability Element) which placed a larger focus on the City’s waterfront environments and policies for addressing climate change sea level rise and resiliency. BKF provided base mapping and a summary of the existing infrastructure to aid in the implementation plan.
