The San Jose Campus Village Phase 2 project consisted of the construction of a new 10-story, 172,000 sq. ft. building across from the existing Campus Village Phase 1 building. The new building provides approximately 850 beds, common study rooms, a multi-purpose lounge, learning center, recreational space, and other support spaces. BKF’s work on the project included coordination of site utilities with the adjacent campus utilities upgrade project. Additionally, BKF prepared the stormwater control plan.
