Overview

As part of the expansion of healthcare services at the Kaiser Roseville Medical Office, BKF provided surveying, entitlement, and site design services for a new five‑story, 210,000‑square‑foot medical office building, a new parking garage, and off‑site improvements along Cirby Way. The project incorporates Low Impact Development features, including underground infiltration and detention basins for stormwater management, and includes installation of a new traffic signal to support improved site access and circulation.
