The 13-story Prism Apartments development offers 193 apartment homes, featuring a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Twenty-six of the units are designated below-market rentals. Other amenities include 5,500 sq. ft. of ground-level retail space, a lobby with a lounge area, a community living room and co-working space, a conference room, a fitness center, and secure bicycle parking. Residents also have access to a rooftop Sky Deck with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, dog park, and picnic lawn. BKF provided the civil engineering design services associated with the project, including design development, preparation of construction documents, and construction support.
