Pier 70 Building 12

The existing shell of Pier 70 Building 12 is being renovated to provide a hub for local makers and producers. When complete, the new space is slated to include 3 floors and 70,000 sq. ft. of space, with dedicated workstations, retail amenities, and collaborative work areas. BKF provided 3D scanning and modeling services in connection with the project.
