PG&E Electric Safety Academy

The PG&E Electric Safety Academy includes a 12,000 sq. ft. training substation, which is the first de-energized substation training site located in the United States. The project also involved renovation of the existing 17,000 sq. ft. main building, which houses classrooms, offices, and administrative spaces. Site improvements included 300 parking stalls and solar canopies. BKF provided civil engineering design services associated with the project, including preparation of construction documents and construction administration services.
