The project included installation of a 240,000 sq. ft. warehouse (with expansion potential to 340,000 sq. ft.) and office complex with supporting pavement for tractor-trailer traffic and employee parking on a 29-acre site. BKF provided civil engineering design and surveying services on the project, including aerial topography; supplemental field topography; boundary resolution; parcel map documentation; grading and drainage; utility design; storm water control plan; 100-Year flood hydraulic calculations; design team coordination; and City interface and approval.
