BKF provided on call housing services for Redondo Beach and was responsible for administering the city’s annual CDBG grant received from HUD. We performed labor standards compliance, monitored subrecipients and managed CDBG-funded mobility access and emergency repair (MA/ER) administration. CDBG and HOME program administration included the preparation of the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and First Year AAP, the 2023-24 CAPER, environmental review, labor compliance, and as-needed staff support and technical assistance in addition to the on call housing services.
BKF also provided the city with as-needed staff support and technical assistance.
