The Ocean View Elementary School design-build project consisted of the demolition and replacement of school facilities on the existing elementary school campus. The project included upgrades to site utilities, new single-story and two-story K-5 classrooms, a new play yard, stormwater treatment, new student drop off, and off-site frontage improvements. BKF provided the civil engineering design services associated with the project, including coordination with DSA and other agencies.
