BKF provided civil engineering and surveying services across the 47.4‑acre site to support the construction of a new LEED Platinum–certified, 1.8‑million‑square‑foot corporate campus featuring five eight‑story office buildings, three parking structures, an amenities building with a pool, and fully landscaped common areas. The development also included a seven‑acre central green space that served as a major campus gathering area.
