BKF provided preliminary and final design engineering for this design-build project. Scope of work includes demolishing the existing buildings M and N near the west edge of campus and replacing with a new 80,000 sq. ft. building. Existing surface site improvements include: concrete sidewalks, along with the clear and grub of the existing trees and landscape within the project limits.
