The campus program featured 2.4 million square feet of development across the 80‑acre site, including multiple eight‑story office buildings, approximately 5,000 linear feet of new roadway, parking accommodations for 7,900 vehicles, and one million square feet of landscaped areas. BKF’s multidisciplinary efforts helped establish the framework for a cohesive, high‑capacity commercial campus designed to accommodate future growth.
