​BKF is assisting Intuit with its vision of high sustainability, designing many sustainable features on the campus. The design preserves existing trees, uses native drought-tolerant plants, develops green stormwater management strategies, creates alternative transportation options and uses the latest renewable energy technologies.

• Civil engineering designs to support landscape, parking and pedestrian circulation improvements on the existing 36-acre Intuit campus
• 11 existing buildings on 8 parcels
• 2 new buildings include a 185,000 sq. ft. office building
• Site improvements completed in multiple phases
