BKF is supporting Intuit in advancing its vision for a highly sustainable campus by designing site improvements that integrate numerous environmentally focused strategies. The work emphasizes the preservation of existing trees, the use of native drought‑tolerant planting, the development of green stormwater management approaches, the creation of alternative transportation options, and the incorporation of the latest renewable energy technologies.
Our civil engineering services enhance landscape areas, parking, and pedestrian circulation throughout the existing 36‑acre campus, which includes 11 buildings across eight parcels. The project included the construction of two new 185,000-square-foot office buildings on two 4-acre sites, with site improvements delivered in multiple phases. Additional work includes a detailed review of civil LEED credits to support the campus in achieving LEED Platinum certification.
