With the expansion of Horizon Beverage Company, operations moved to a newly constructed, 155,000 sq. ft. facility located in Oakland. BKF provided topographic surveying, mapping, civil engineering, and site design for the new facility. Specifically, the project included surface parking for vehicles and large delivery trucks, a covered loading canopy area, and associated site improvements.
