With the expansion of Horizon Beverage Company, operations moved to a newly constructed 155,000‑square‑foot facility located in Oakland. BKF provided topographic surveying, mapping, civil engineering, and site design services for the project. The scope included surface parking areas designed for both passenger vehicles and large delivery trucks, a covered loading canopy area, and associated site improvements.
BKF also prepared the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and provided support for an environmental impact report update. The project was delivered using a design‑build approach.
