Overview

BKF provided civil engineering support for the reconstruction of the Half Moon Bay Library, transforming the facility into a modern, welcoming, and highly functional community resource. The project delivered a two‑story, 22,000‑square‑foot building on a one‑acre site, incorporating expanded parking to better serve visitors and staff. As part of the site development, BKF integrated C.3‑compliant stormwater management measures into the design, ensuring the project met regional water quality requirements while enhancing long‑term sustainability and performance.
